Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Center for American and the Center for European Studies invite you to participate in the 2nd National Interdisciplinary Conference of Psychology and Pedagogy entitled: “Behaviors – Personality – Mind – Emotions”.
When?
The conference will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. online on the Microsoft Teams platform.
The length of the Conference depends on the number of speakers. In the event of a high number of applications, we reserve the right to extend the Conference also to Sunday, September 8, 2024.
What is the conference about?
The main assumption of the conference is a discussion on broadly understood psychology and pedagogy in problem areas such as: interpersonal relationships (including family), upbringing and education, organizational culture, work and recreation, stress in modern society and addictions.
We will place particular emphasis on aspects of mutual interactions and relationships between personality and mind, as well as emotions and human behavior.
Proposed (example) thematic areas:
• The role of the family in child development
• Growing up and personality formation (developmental psychology)
• Differences in personality types
• New approaches in the diagnosis and therapy of children
• Personality and dysfunctional relationships
• Preventive activities against addictions among children and adolescents
• The role of school (education system) in shaping healthy habits
• Systemic education and home education (home schooling)
• The use of new technologies in psychological and pedagogical research
• Psychological and pedagogical approaches to social problems
• Supporting the emotional and social development of children and adolescents – key problems and challenges
• New approaches to teaching foreign languages
• Education in the digital age
• And many more!
The thematic areas indicated above are examples only - we strongly encourage you to go beyond their framework. Presentations may be interdisciplinary in nature, combining various experiences and fields of science.
We believe in freedom of academic discussion and do not censor speeches for ideological or political reasons.
Original and unique speeches will always be appreciated by the Scientific Committee.

• We cordially invite students and PhD students, experienced researchers, as well as all other people interested in the conference topics to actively participate in the conference.
• We invite all interested parties to participate passively.
