DESCRIPTION:<p>Dear Sirs,</p><p>The Center for American &amp; European Studies and the 
 Center for Science &amp; Technology invite you to participate in the 3rd In
 ternational Scientific Conference entitled "Energy from the Perspective of 
 Law, Economics, and Security Studies".</p><p>When?<br />The conference will
  be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 between 9:00 and 16:00 online on the Mic
 rosoft Teams platform.</p><p>The length of the conference depends on the nu
 mber of speakers. In the event of a high number of applications, we reserve
  the right to extend the conference to Sunday, May 25, 2025.</p><p>What is 
 the conference about?<br />The aim of the conference is to examine the issu
 e of energy in the broad sense through the prism of energy law, energy econ
 omy, and energy security.</p><p>The impact of various types of energy sourc
 es and fossil fuels on the international economy and world politics will al
 so be presented.</p><p>The presentations may concern historical and contemp
 orary issues and touch upon any selected regions and countries of the world
 .</p><p>Proposed (example) thematic areas:<br />• dependence of European en
 ergy on Russian policy<br />• destruction of Nord Stream gas systems in the
  Baltic Sea<br />• history and development of renewable energy<br />• nucle
 ar energy - the future or the past?<br />• implementation of the plan to ab
 andon fossil fuels<br />• role of BRICS in shaping energy policies<br />• r
 ole of energy resources as a political weapon<br />• new regulations in ene
 rgy law<br />• how to avoid blackouts, or energy problems of the future<br 
 />• development of renewable energy and the legislation of European and wor
 ld countries</p><p>The above thematic areas are only examples - we strongly
  encourage you to go beyond them. In addition, presentations may (but do no
 t have to) be interdisciplinary in nature, combining various fields of scie
 nce.</p><p>We do not censor presentations for political or ideological reas
 ons. Original and unconventional presentations will always be appreciated b
 y the Scientific Committee.</p><p>Presentations can be based on your own or
  someone else's research (review of achievements and literature), as well a
 s take the form of case studies. Poster presentations are also accepted.</p
 ><p>Conference Languages:<br />Presentations in the following languages ​​a
