 merican Studies invite you to participate in the 3rd National Conference on
  Theory, Philosophy and History of Law.\n➡️When?\nThe conference will take 
 place on Friday, April 18, 2025, between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. online on 
 the Microsoft Teams platform.\nThe length of the conference depends on the 
 number of speakers. In the event of a high number of applications, we reser
 ve the right to extend the congress to Saturday, April 19, 2025.\n➡️What is
  the conference about?\nThe main aim of the conference is to discuss key pr
 oblems, achievements and challenges facing theoreticians, philosophers and 
 historians of law - both from the perspective of each of these subdisciplin
 es separately and from cross-sectional issues.\nProposed (sample) thematic 
 areas?\n• History of legal doctrines occurring in particular periods (ancie
 nt, medieval, modern and contemporary)\n• Selected issues from the history 
 of Polish, European and world law\n• The latest concepts in the theory and 
 philosophy of law, as well as historical proposals preceding them\n• Philos
 ophy of international law\n• Rule of law and principles of social justice\n
 • Formation of legal systems in Europe and around the world\n• And many mor
 e!\nThe thematic areas indicated above are examples only - we strongly enco
 urage you to go beyond their framework. Moreover, the presentations may be 
 interdisciplinary in nature, combining various fields of science.\nWe belie
 ve in freedom of academic discussion and do not censor speeches for ideolog
 ical, political or religious reasons. Original and unique speeches will alw
 ays be appreciated by the Scientific Committee.\n➡️ For whom?\n• We cordial
 ly invite students and PhD students, experienced researchers, as well as al
 l other people interested in the congress topics to actively participate in
  the congress.\n• Passive participation does not require any scientific qua
