14th International Food Allergy Symposium
This is the 14th edition of the largest and only scientific symposium in Poland dedicated to food allergies and intolerances.
The scientific program of the Symposium, in accordance with the meeting slogan - "Allergy and food intolerance 2025" will present the most up-to-date knowledge, including the latest and most effective methods of diagnosing and treating food allergies and intolerances, with particular emphasis on what is most controversial and debatable - i.e. food allergies in the youngest, anaphylaxis, desensitization in food allergies, new forms of treatment including biological treatment or severe forms of allergies. There will be topics regarding, among others, new allergies and allergens, diagnostic methods including further progress in the field of molecular diagnostics, as well as discussions of particularly interesting cases of food allergies. There will be no shortage of discussions, controversies or confrontations of treatment methods. Since each of us encounters various forms of allergies in our work, where the connection with food allergy is more or less important, our goal will also be to present a wide spectrum of allergic diseases, their diagnosis and treatment - covering the respiratory system, skin, digestive tract, etc. I believe that this topic will also arouse your interest and encourage you to participate in the Symposium.
The Symposium will be attended by top-class lecturers and experts dealing with this difficult issue on a daily basis - specialists in pediatrics, dermatology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, psychiatry and other fields of medicine. The special guests of the Symposium will be several experts from abroad who will undoubtedly enrich our perception of allergies and food hypersensitivity.
